On Wednesday, September 7 at 2:30 there will be a book discussion at the Duxbury Senior Center. Former DFL Director Carol Jankowski will be facilitating the discussion, and author Brendan Slocumb will be joining virtually over Zoom. He will even treat the audience by playing the violin.

To further celebrate the book's themes and music, check out a movie viewing of The Red Violin at the Duxbury Free Library on September 15 at 1:00. The South Shore Conservatory will also host a discussion about the music mentioned in the book, along with a violin performance, date and time TBD.
