Join us for a panel presentation with Dr. Zach Rossetti and self-advocates Celia Walsh, Lauren Richardi, and Shelby Richardi. This is the first event in a series that will focus on giving students of all abilities the tools they need to help them stay connected and continue friendships after high school.
Four Health Matters Session, in collaboration with the Department of Developmental Serices, will be scheduled in the winter. Their focus will be to support the health and wellness of individuals with developmental disabilities through friendship, nutrition, and movement.
And in the spring, Cape Cod CAN will bring an Art Bus to Duxbury.
These programs are made possible by a grant from the Greater Plymouth Community Health Network Alliance (CHNA) and are presented in a collaboration with Duxbury Schools, Dux Buds, DDS Learning, Boston University, Cape Cod CAN, and Health Matters.
