Peggy O'Neil Files (retired Interfaith Chaplain at South Shore Hospital and resident of Duxbury) will speak on trauma responses when crises occur. After a loss, highly stressful or potentially traumatic event people often experience a wide range of reactions. Our responses may affect one's mind, body and spirit. Most reactions are normal and to be expected. They may change or shift over time. Learn more about where you might fit on the continuum and how to take care of yourself during times of distress. Explore and experience self care and support for others. Identify signs to seek professional Mental Health Care.
