Solar eclipses are one of the natural wonders that intrinsically fascinate human kind. People have observed solar eclipses for thousands of years, yet it isn't till modern day that we have the equipment to safely look at the sun. Try watching a solar eclipse through a  Eclipse pinhole viewer built with us in the Children's Program Room, just like folks from long ago did when viewing solar eclipses safely! Children under grade 4 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Program is for ages 6 and up. Registration Required.
