Sunday, January 152:00—4:00 PMMerry RoomDuxbury Free Library77 Alden Street, Duxbury, MA, 02332

Local author Christine Knapp joins us to talk about her recently released second "cozy" mystery, Murder on the Widow's Walk.

A practicing nurse-midwife for many years, as well as being a writer of texts and journal articles, Chris is  now thrilled to combine her love of midwifery and mysteries as the debut author of the Modern Midwife Mysteries.  Along with her writing, she currently narrates books for the visually impaired. A dog lover, and once a resident of Duxbury, where much of her first book was written, she now lives near Boston.

Her first book, Murder at the Wedding, was published in June, 2022; her second book, Murder on the Widow's Walk, will be released on Dec. 6. Both books will be available for purchase at the event.

The Sunday Arts & Culture series is funded entirely by the Friends of the Duxbury Free Library.

Registration for this event has now closed.
